Das APQC (American Productivity & Quality Center) hat nach der Knowledge Management-Agenda für 2024 gefragt. 220 Teilnehmende haben geantwortet. In diesem Beitrag werden die wichtigsten Ergebnisse zusammengefasst. Dabei geht es

– um die Top 5 Priorities for KM Teams: 1. Identifying, mapping, or prioritizing critical knowledge; 2. Incorporating AI/Generative AI and Smart Technologies; 3. Transferring Expert Knowledge; 4. Boosting KM participation or engagement; 5. Increasing the maturity of the KM program/ effort;

– um die Top 5 Technologies important to KM right now: 1. AI to recommend content or knowledge assets …;

– um die Top 6 Skillsets for KM to develop right now: 1. Change management …

Wenig überraschend spielt auch hier AI eine dominante Rolle. Interessant fand ich noch den Hinweis, dass viele Organisationen damit kämpfen, dass immer mehr Informationen auf immer mehr Plattformen ausgetauscht werden:
„Another driver of this priority is that even organizations with established KM programs are struggling with a proliferation of knowledge, especially digital content and information (e.g., growing data lakes, multiple team and project sites, chat, intranet, specialized repositories, and more). A lot of this content is poorly organized, particularly when it comes to virtual collaboration channels and outputs.“

Und dann noch der Punkt, dass in solchen Listen selten Knowledge Management und Communities bzw. Wissensaustausch zusammengebracht oder -gedacht werden. Knowledge Management ist, wie immer, sehr content-driven.
