Jürgen Handke wird auf Online Educa (OEB) im November dieses Jahres einen Workshop anbieten. Anlass genug für die Veranstalter, ihn bereits heute um Auskunft zu bitten. Im ersten Teil dieses Gesprächs berichtet Jürgen Handke von seinen beruflichen Stationen, die zugleich wichtige Entwicklungsschritte des digitalen Lehrens und Lernens abbilden: von den ersten CD-ROMs zum YouTube-Channel, vom Inverted Classroom zu Robotern und Künstlicher Intelligenz im Unterricht. Dann geht es allgemeiner um Entwicklung und Stand von Edtech, und zwei Sätze aus diesem Teil des Interviews habe ich mir notiert:

„If you want to know something, the web has the answer. That means that it is today no longer an option for people to stand in front of students and tell them anything about chemistry – the basic knowledge of chemistry, …  This basic knowledge, I’m not talking about the whole subject, the basic knowledge can be made available digitally in an asynchronous format that you can study at any time, at your own pace, from any place.“
