Ob Blended Learning, 70:20:10 oder Flipped Classroom: Es geht darum, aus den Routinen in der Weiterbildung auszubrechen und sich neuen Notwendigkeiten und Chancen zu öffnen. Aber dabei sollte man auch nicht hinter die Möglichkeiten zurückfallen, die die genannten Begriffskonzepte bieten.
