Beim Stichwort „peer-to-peer learning“ denke ich vor allem an ein Lernen auf Augenhöhe, wie wir es in Communities, in Learning Circles oder in BarCamps finden. Im vorliegenden Beitrag geht es jedoch um einen anderen Punkt, nämlich um die Entwicklung von Soft Skills. Hier, so der Autor, sollte man weniger auf externe Referent:innen oder Expert:innen vertrauen und mehr auf Peers setzen, die im gleichen beruflichen Feld aktiv sind. Deshalb auch „context matters“. Allerdings bleibt der Artikel beim Appell stehen.

And, peers are also trusted sources of information and knowledge.“
