Der Autor, Cal Wick, hat auf der ATD Conference über “How to Activate Informal Learning at Work” präsentiert. Leider zitiert er in seiner Summary vor allem die Stories und weniger das “How to ..”. Aber ein Beispiel schafft dann doch den Sprung:
