3 Benefits of MOOCs in the Workplace
Auch wenn die Wortschöpfung „corporate MOOCs“ etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, zeigt die Autorin auf, wohin das Format führen kann. Grundlage bildet idealerweise eine unternehmensinterne Social Networking-Infrastruktur. Dann sind die Übergänge zu Konzepten des „social learning“ oder „learning communities“ fließend. Die Autorin merkt zu Recht an: „… a MOOC-like course with embedded social features may feel like a safer and a more useful option of exploring workplace collaboration“.
