Ich freue mich schon darauf, Jay Cross in wenigen Tagen auf der Online Educa in Berlin zu sehen. Hier wirbt er wieder einmal für einen radikalen Sichtwechsel, dem dieses Mal sogar der Begriff zum Opfer fällt, den er – nach eigener Auskunft – selbst erfunden hat.
