„Our educational system, including the didactical and pedagogical patterns, is based on the oral tradition of the Arabian culture which results in completely different learning patterns. Even the rise of distance education some 20 years ago has not been accepted on a large scale. In addition, the internet is still considered as an information or entertainment source and not as a learning tool.“
