Dies ist eine etwas atemlose Aufzählung der Spielfelder in Learning & Development (L&D), auf denen Künstliche Intelligenz (KI/ AI) heute und morgen aktiv ist. Okay, „revolutionizing workforce training“ heißt es hier.

Ganz oben stehen natürlich personalisierte Lernangebote („Personalization At Scale: AI-Driven Learning Journeys“). Dann haben wir die Integration von immersiven Technologien wie AR, VR und XR mit KI. „AI-Assisted Rapid Content Creation“ und „AI-Powered Localization And Translation“ sind natürlich vor allem aus ökonomischer Perspektive interessant. Es gibt KI-gestützte Chatbots und virtuelle Assistenten, die die Lernenden auf ihren Lernreisen unterstützen. Es folgt Learning Analytics mit KI. Der Absatz „Emotional Intelligence In The Age Of AI“ unterstreicht das zukünftige Zusammenspiel von L&D-Expert:innen und KI. Die Integration von KI in Learning & Development, auch das wird erwähnt, umfasst schließlich ethische und datenschutzrechtliche Aspekte.
